What is unstitched product ?

If the product type specified in the description is “unstitched” and it’s a patiala suit or any other suit, then, it will be a dress material. You will have to get the product stitched according to your size locally.

What is a semi-stitched product ?

If the product type specified in the description is “semi-stitched”then you will have to get minimal stitching done as most of the work will be pre-stitched. You will just have to get the basic altering and stitching done according to your size locally.

What is the return policy ?

You can return the product anytime within 7 days after the product is delivered to you.

How do I return the product ?

To return the product you can email us at info@heerfashions.com with your order number, product that you want to return and the reason for return or call us at + 91 8368440656 MON – SAT (9AM – 6PM) to raise a return request.

When will I get my refund / store-credit / exchange product?

Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect it. It takes our team 24-48 hours after receiving the product to process your cash refund / store-credit / exchange product.

Do you Deliver in my city or Town?

We deliver products to all major cities and countries, in case your is a remote area, we will check with our logistic partners and let you know if they’re able to deliver the products at your given address or not. If not, then, we will check with you if it’s okay with you to collect the parcel from our logistic partners’ nearby office to your area, or you can give us an alternate address.

Can I pay with my Credit/debit card?

Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards online.

Can I pay with a cheque?

Sorry, currently, we do not accept cheques.

Can I pay with credit card issued outside of India?

You can pay with a credit card issued outside India. However, to do this, you will need to make a payment in any currency other than INR (Indian Rupees).

What happen the product is lost in transit?

We ship all the products via very reliable and trusted logistics companies. However, if your product is lost in transit, we will immediately ship another product or issue a refund. In case, the products were shipped via the recipient’s / customer’s shipper, the responsibility and liability of the parcel lies with the customer and no refund or re-shipping can be done in this case.

How can I track my order?

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. You will be provided with your order shipment ID, courier agency name and web address.
